The Hotknives "The Way Things Are"

Las leyendas The Hotknives se formation en 1982 por un grupo de amigos interesados en el Ska, el Dub, el Reggae y el Northern Soul. Grabaron dos discos en directo "Live at the batman" y "Live 'n' Skankin'" antes de grabar su primer álbum de estudio "The way things are" en 1989. Después de haber llegado a la cima de la escena Ska de la tercera ola y de haber sido prohibidos en la radio en el Reino Unido, la banda decidió separarse en 1993. Un año después en 1994 la banda se reforma, esta vez con Marc Carew de Long Tall Texans y Richard 'Bosky' Allen de los Too Many Crooks. 11 temas!
